How to Navigate the New Digital Planners

The new Mindful Moments Digital Planners were created for those of us who are new to digital planning. I created these so that you can download the digital planner and hop right on in to planning with mindfulness. Each planner has lots of useful features that help you to practice mindfulness in daily living. I will provide videos that show you how to effectively use the planners as it relates to mindfulness as well as show you the other general uses for the digital planners.

How to Navigate the Mindful Moments Digital Planner

To navigate the Mindful Moments Digital Planner, first location the navigation bar on the right side of the cover. They contain the following tabs:

  • Calendar
  • Week at a Glance
  • Meals & Grocery
  • Vision Board
  • Habit Tracker
  • Sun
  • Mon
  • Tue
  • Wed
  • Thurs
  • Fri
  • Sat
  • Reflect

To access a page within the Digital Planner tap on any of those tabs. This symbolizes opening the Mindful Moments Digital Planner. Once you are there you will notice the navigation is now on the left side of the page and there is a button/image on the top of the page. The navigation is on all of the pages and you can easily access a page by simply tapping on a tab. To return to the cover of the Mindful Moments Digital Planner, locate the image at the top of the page, near the spine of the digital planner and tap on it. You will then be returned to the cover of the Mindful Moments Digital Planner.
